Assistant Development Manager
Nombulelo Roda holds a BSc Quantity Surveying (Hons) degree from the University of Witwatersrand. She is currently enrolled for a MSc Property Development and Management at the same institution. She started her career at Murray and Roberts Construction working as a graduate Quantity Surveyor on the Sandton Gautrain project in 2010. Nombulelo was also the sole Quantity Surveyor on site in three projects, Du Creep Phase 2 in Sasolburg, Hoy Street Underpass in Newclare, Johannesburg and Styldrift Mine in Rustenburg. She later moved to MSW Engineering and Project Management as a Quantity Surveyor. She joined the Nthoese team in 2018.
