Nthwese Resources Pty Ltd is a division of Nthwese Group, focusing on business interests in the entire value chain of the mining industry and related commercial activities. Nthwese Resources was created to develop profitable mining projects and form strategic partnerships in order to exploit the vast mineral resources in South Africa and ultimately the SADC (Southern African Development Community) region.
Our aim is to grow the company’s mineral resources asset base organically as well as through partnerships and acquisitions.
We plan to achieve this by identifying and exploiting accessible lucrative mining and related operations.
Furthermore, we seek to create sound profitability through industry alliances. Our expertise lies in the development and management of mines within our chosen geographies of operation.

Ms Nandipha Sihlali – Executive Director
Nadipha holds an Honours degree in Geology and a certificate in the MComm bridging Course as well as several leadership courses and personal advancement training.
She is currently pursuing her second post graduate degree with the University of Witwatersrand where she will be completing her MSc Engineering – Mineral Economics degree in 2015.
With over 16 years industry experience, Nandipha has developed her entrepreneurial skills through practicing intra corporate entrepreneurship from working in the private sector for companies like Batlagae Trust Fund; Anglo American Research Laboratories; Bhp Billiton; De Beers; Homeland Energy; Nimag (now Coal of Africa) and Sephaku Management. In addition, she also worked as an SMME developer in the Department of Minerals and Energy. She briefly held a similar position in the parastatal Mintek.
She is competent in the following areas of functionality: Regulation / Compliance; Policy formulation and review; Planning; Organising; Analysis; Enterprise development; Research and development; Leadership and control; and Processes / Project Management.
