Business Development and Operations, Head profile-img2 Jackline Okeyo has close to 12 years property industry experience, she holds a B.Sc Honours degree in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor through the RICS. She also serves on the RICS SA Market advisory panel as a non-executive member. Jackline obtained her Property Development Programme Certificate from the Graduate School of Business, UCT and is an Accredited Green Building Consultant through the GBCSA. During 2018 and 2019, Jackline served as the Gauteng regional chair of the Women's Property Network. Prior to joining Nthoese Developments, she worked at Investec Bank for over 5 years, initially in the Property Investments Team analysing Listed Funds and later moved to the property developments team gaining significant exposure to deal sourcing and analysis of commercial real estate transactions for some of SA's largest corporations. Jackline has a strong background in development management, particularly in leading concept design development and strategic business development. Jackline joined Nthoese in 2014, initially heading up operations and business development and has now been tasked with setting up and driving Nthoese's social housing unit.
