Kelebogile Molefe holds a certificate in English from IH college, certificate in Human Resource from IQ academy and certificate in Office administrative from Damelin.
Kelebogile joined Nthwese Developments team in 2011 as a cleaner and got promoted to office Administrator where she provides various teams within the business with administration support.
Personal Assistant to MD
Arishna joined Nthwese Developments in March 2016 as the personal assistant to the Managing Director. Previously, she worked at Regus serviced offices in Sandton as a Customer Service Representative where she was responsible for providing front-line service to tenants, dealing with payment allocations and account queries for different clients as well as providing administration support to the Centre Manager.
Building Operations Manager
Ed Started his own business doing building alterations, renovations and construction of houses in the residential as well as commercial markets in 1996. He then worked for Biwater, an overseas company, building desalination plants and later returned to SA to work for a property developer in the construction of two housing complexes totalling 113 houses. Ed then joined JT Ross as contracts manager over seeing three projects; construction of a school in Bronkhorstspruit, Sunrise Chicken abattoir in Delmas, and a warehouse in crown mines. Ed now works for Nthwese Developments as Operations Manager.
Ms.Lerato Tabane obtained her matric certificate at Meadowlands secondary school . She worked as a part time receptionist at her previous company, Southern people properties where her duties were to direct client queries. In 2016 she joined the Nthwese team as a receptionist.
Head of Property Management
Kim Kihm entered the property industry in 2005 as a Property Leasing Broker at Soundrock Property Consultants. Whilst at Soundrock, she completed the Shopping Centre Management Course, with the intention of gaining a more holistic understanding of property. During this period she met and consulted to Nthwese Developments, working closely with Herbert Theledi on leasing phase two of Elukwatini Crossing. Kim has leased close to 95000m² of retail space.
Following her tenure with Soundrock, she joined HBW and changed focus to become a centre manager where she managed Bedford Centre and acquired insight into centre management and the retail market. She later joined Nthwese Developments team as the Leasing Manager, where she successfully concluded all the leasing for Elukwatini Square, as well as all other Nthwese properties. She was also instrumental in procuring new properties for government leases and worked together with management during the tender process. Kim worked closely with the development team and slowly built up her experience and understanding of property from leasing, through to development and property management. Kim then joined Redefine briefly to work on their Bryanston portfolio as a Property Manager, and later returned to Nthwese. Kim has been with Nthwese for 10 years managing the entire property portfolio, she heads up the property management team.
Nabeelah joined the Nthwese team in 2014. She currently forms part of the finance and property management team, where she works closely with customer care. She attends to the companies daily accounting records and reconciliations and is currently completing her studies as a certified bookkeeper.
